By contributing to these funds, donors give a gift that keeps on giving.
An endowment allows 4-H to use the earnings from the fund without using the principle. As donors add to the principle in the fund, more funds are made available to Kansas 4-H through the earnings . . . it is truly a gift that keeps on giving.
| Rock Springs Sustaining Endowment | Earnings preserve the quality of Rock Springs, provide long-term financial stability and hold user fees as low as possible. |
| Scholarship and Internship Endowments | Help shape the future of 4-H members by encouraging them to continue their education beyond high school with educational scholarships. |
| Kansas 4-H Program | Earnings from this fund are used to support 4-H project activities, special events, enhancement ideas and other opportunities to benefit county and state 4-H activities. |
| Foundation Future Fund | Non-revenue producing, service-based opportunities fulfill local and state 4-H efforts, and donors becomes vital to implement these activities to promote and enhance Kansas 4-H. |
As Kansas 4-H assesses the current needs of youth, increases its educational horizons and continues its outreach efforts, there will be more financial demand than ever. Earnings from these endowments are used to fund efforts to support all areas of the 4-H program.
