Riley Leadership Fellowship
Nothing speaks stronger for a program than when those benefiting from it also contribute to it.
The Bill Riley Leadership Fellowship provides educational experiences related to professional goals and special areas of interest. Riley Fellows have the opportunity to explore careers in nonprofit service and to bring creative, entrepreneurial ideas to the Foundation. The Bill Riley Leadership Fellowship is open to Kansas 4-H alumni who wish to work closely with high-level volunteer Kansas business leaders that serve as board members in the nonprofit sector.
Selection - The Foundation continuously accepts applications. The fellowship is tailored to the applicant's experience and availability; however, a commitment of three months is generally required. The Fellow can fulfill college and graduate school credit. Fellows are selected through an interview and evaluation process.
New Silver and Bronze Gavel Clubs receive the gavel plus a dated ribbon the first year. A dated ribbon commemorates each year of giving for clubs.
