Patron Sponsor Programs
The Foundation values and supports the 4-H awards program for the learning opportunities it provides Kansas youth.
The important principles of setting goals, working to reach those goals and recording successes and disappointments are key components to 4-H.
Top 4-H project and scholarship winners earn recognition at the annual Emerald Circle Banquet. The Foundation provides medallions and trip scholarships for winners of the state project awards through gifts made to the Patron Sponsor program. The state 4-H office selects winners based on 4-H'ers project record books and the Kansas Awards Application.
Current Annual Impact:
- Awards more than 1,900 project medals to club members throughout the state
- Provides more than 30 National 4-H Congress trip scholarships
- Provides grassroots 4-H recognition
- Builds strong partnerships with Kansas corporations and businesses
