Food Service Director
Since August 2023 Brandon has been the Food Service Director. He attended the School of Hard Knocks and has been working in a Kitchen since he was 17 years old. Before this position he has been the executive chief at Salina Country Club and Railhoppers.
When asked what he likes about his job, Brandon said, “I am never bored and I am challenged often. Culinary is a world with more questions than I can find answers for in a lifetime.”
In Brandon’s free time he enjoys spending time with his dog, Rosemary, and he is learning how to play the cello and speak French.
