Director of Development
Callie brings a passion for storytelling and community building to her role as Director of Development, which she stepped into in 2019. A proud graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications, she previously worked in the Annual Giving Department at the K-State Foundation, helping connect people to priorities they care about.
Now, she’s thrilled to put her skills to work for something she truly believes in — 4-H! As both a professional and a 4-H Cloverbud parent, Callie gets a front-row seat to the fun, learning, and lifelong impact 4-H has on young people. “I love hearing how 4-H shapes kids from the start and continues to influence their careers and lives as adults,” she says. “It’s an honor to connect the needs of Kansas 4-H with the generosity of our amazing 4-H community.”
When she’s not championing 4-H, Callie’s at home making memories with her husband and three energetic boys (ages 6, 4, and 1). Whether they're riding bikes, kicking a soccer ball, solving puzzles, or having a movie night, family time is always an adventure!
