Acting CEO
Gordon Hibbard was recruited by the Kansas 4-H Foundation Board of Trustees to serve on a part-time basis as the organization's Acting CEO. Having previously served the organization as Operations Manager at Rock Springs for seven years and as President/CEO for 10 years, Gordon has a great love and appreciation for Rock Springs Ranch and the work of the Kansas 4-H Foundation.
As Acting CEO, Gordon is focused on providing leadership, continuity, and guidance during this period of transition as the Foundation pursues viable ownership options for Rock Springs Ranch, while continuing to advance the Kansas 4-H Foundation's mission of serving Kansas 4-H youth across the state.
